Magic: the Gathering Theros Foil Cards Now Available

08Oct13

Hello again Magic: the Gathering players. We want to let you know that we now have a large stock of Theros foils available.  No matter which format you’re a fan of, playing a foil of your fav card is nothing short of epic.  Here at MTG Mint Card, we’ve developed a short list of some of foils we’re very keen on.  Not every card may have that perfect aesthetic appeal for foiling but combine just the right card art and the right application of foil and we’re talking a special kind of divine card you would almost want to frame.  After looking through the set, here’s our favorite foils . . .

Foil Fabled Hero, illustrated by Aaron Miller – a lot of players may be looking at the hero battling a trio of harpys but we just love the amazing foil application on the horizon in the background.
Fabled Hero
Foil Meletis Charlatan, illustrated by Jason A. Engle – if you are a blue mage, you gotta check out the very slick foil on the spell being cast by the wizard here.
Meletis Charlatan
Foil Agent of the Fates, illustrated by Matt Stewart – this is a really subtle but no less impressive foil on the art background and the assassin’s blades.
Agent of the Fates
Foil Anger of the Gods, illustrated by Noah Bradley – we already had art appreciation for this but when we saw the foil, we were speechless – solid art, tight foil on this fire storm.
Anger of the Gods
Foil Sylvan Caryatid, illustrated by chase Stone – very lovely art and here’s another very subtle foil which sort of grew on us after a while.
Sylvan Caryatid
Foil Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, illustrated by Karla Ortiz – perhaps our favorite art from the entire set, and the foil here is something we would definitely want to frame were it not for the fact we want to get this into an all foil Dimir deck.

That’s it for now folks, remember to drop by MTG Mint Card and get a hold of the Theros foils you have a hankering for.
